Qarqan-e Olya (Persian: قرقان عليا, also Romanized as Qarqān-e ‘Olyā; also known as Qūrqān-e ‘Olyā)[1] is a village in Anguran Rural District, Anguran District, Mahneshan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 83, in 19 families.[2]
